On September 25, 2021 Dragan Pavkovic dared to attempt a record in Baar.
Dragan wanted to set the record for breaking the most beechwood sticks with a thickness of 2.5 cm with his shin. There was no comparable record so far.

Dragan Pavkovic is a long-time training partner of Stephan. Together, Dragan and Stephan have completed many training sessions, tournaments and seminars. The record attempt was therefore held at our dojo in Baar.
The day of the record
Dragan was supported in the organization and set up by friends, as well as students of Stephan. Ado Dulas from Austria witnessed and supervised the record attempt on behalf of RID (Rekordinstitut Deutschland).
Shortly after 12 o’clock the preparations of the helpers and the verification of Ado Dulas could be finished. As Dragan prepared himself mentally and physically, the nervousness and tension increased. The record judge counted off the three seconds until the start and it was time to go. The spectators and helpers cheered him on. After exactly one minute, the record judge declared the attempt over. The minute went by extremely fast. The broken sticks were counted by the record judge.
Dragan had broken 40 sticks in one minute.
Ado Dulas presented Dragan with the record certificate from RID.
Dulas from the Record Institute, who has already set several records himself, has great respect and esteem for Dragan, who dared to make this record attempt. The 100 cm long beech logs sometimes gave way extremely before they broke (see photos). To break 40 sticks in one minute with the shin is a remarkable achievement.
