Self-defense training for women: Strength through knowledge and skill

Our self-defense course for women is designed to teach self-confidence, strength and techniques to protect yourself in various potentially dangerous situations. The course focuses on practical strategies. The different aspects include recognizing potential threats, de-escalation techniques and defenses in the event of an attack. Basic defense techniques are taught based on effectiveness and simple, learnable movements. In addition, we place great emphasis on building self-confidence to empower women to find their voice and make the best use of their physical and mental skills in self-defense situations. Our goal is to create a safe environment where women feel safe and acquire the necessary skills to protect themselves.
